Q. IS VILLAGE 29 A PERMANENT PARK?

A. No. Village 29 is a pop-up facility, event space run by the 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians on their property just east of their Spotlight Casino. Many upcoming events will be planned for the 47 acres called Coachella Crossroads.

 

Q. Reservations require 4-night minimum, what if I need less?

A. Village 29 is designed exclusively for the music festival special event. Guest check-in is on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm and check-out by 12 pm on Monday. RV sites are filled on a first-come first-serve basis; guests arriving at a later day will be welcomed at check-in by campground host or staff and escorted to their campsite.

 

Q. Tell me more about the campsite.

A. Campsites are fully turfed. Campground lights turn on at dusk thru dawn. Class A sites measure 22’x 60'; Class C sites measure 22’x50’. Each site is limited to two (2) vehicles (excluding RV) as space permits. The campground is monitored by trained Tribal Security staff 24 hours/day. Each reservation includes four (4) guests. Additional guests must register and pay add-on fee($89/guest). Sites are limited to 8 people per site.

Q. ARE PETS WELCOME?

A. Pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash at all times. The recreation area is humans and VERY well behaved canines. Pet owners must pick up after their own pets (waste bins and bags provided). Management reserves right to refuse guests with aggressive or negligent pets.

 

Q. ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

A. The Music Festivals are family events and children are welcome. They must also be registered with each reservation. Children 2 and under are free but count against the total limit of 4 guests. The Casino is a 21 and over facility, all guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Families of all ages are welcome.
